  • Eligibility: Experience Not Required; 1-4 Unit Residential; Entity Required

Frequently Asked Questions

The Standard program offers up to 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab with no experience minimum. The Experienced Investor program offers up to 100% financing (with no monthly payments or up front fees) for investors with 5+ completed NC deals and 700+ credit. 


Yes — all TAC loans are investment-purpose only and require an entity.


For Standard Fix and Flips the average time is 2 weeks, but this can vary up or down depending on how fast we receive documentation and the scope of work. For the 100% Experienced Investor Fix and Flip Loans, we have closed in as little as 72 hours.


There is one single fee that is payable at the end of the loan when the property is sold or refinanced. That's it. No up front origination fee, no processing fee, no underwriting fee. Just one single fee payable at the end of the loan. We designed this option to maximize borrower liquidity during the life of the loan. We also offer a standard monthly interest structure — ask us which makes more sense for your deal.
