For Standard Fix and Flips the average time is 2 weeks, but this can vary up or down depending on how fast we receive documentation and the scope of work. For the 100% Experienced Investor Fix and Flip Loans, we have closed in as little as 72 hours.
There is one single fee that is payable at the end of the loan when the property is sold or refinanced. That's it. No up front origination fee, no processing fee, no underwriting fee. Just one single fee payable at the end of the loan. We designed this option to maximize borrower liquidity during the life of the loan.
